FSS100 Firestick | Fire Suppression Device | 100 Seconds is a compact, non-pressurised first-response tool for controlling small, developing fires before they take hold. It gives up to 100 seconds of continuous suppression from a unit that weighs 365 grams, small enough to mount in vehicles and spaces where a conventional extinguisher is too bulky.

The Firestick stores within reach using the supplied mounting clips: in the cab of a work vehicle, beside plant controls, in a toolbox, workshop, boat or switch room. To operate, remove the top protection cap, take the striker from the handle, strike the ignition tip, and aim the discharge at the base of the flames from a safe distance.

Once activated, the unit releases a potassium-based aerosol that interrupts the fire's chemical chain reaction. The discharge is controlled and sustained rather than a short high-pressure burst, letting the operator work the suppression over the fire for up to 100 seconds. It works on Class A, B, C, E and F fires, does not deplete the surrounding oxygen and leaves no residue, which matters around electrics, engines and enclosed spaces.

The build is a metal inner tube in a PVC outer casing with no pressure vessel, so there is no servicing, refilling or pressure testing across its 8-year shelf life. Mount it and check it visually; that is the maintenance schedule.

On fitted work vehicles it sits alongside a mounted extinguisher rather than replacing one; UAGS also stocks vehicle-specific fire extinguisher brackets for cab mounting.

Manufacturer Warranty - 3 Years
The FSS100 Firestick is covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal storage and intended use. The unit has an 8-year shelf life from date of manufacture and is designed to be maintenance-free, with no servicing, refilling or pressure testing required during this period.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper activation, exposure to fire beyond intended use, or normal wear resulting from deployment. Units that have been activated or discharged are not eligible for return. All warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.
