246mm 30W Amber LED Fixed Mount Warning Minibar

The LED Autolamps LB246ACM amber warning minibar provides 360-degree amber hazard warning from the vehicle roof as a permanent fixed-mount installation. At 246mm it is the compact fixed-mount option in the LED Autolamps range, suited to utes, service vans and fleet vehicles that carry their warning lighting full time.

The bar installs on a single-bolt mount with a painted steel bracket, fixed to the vehicle roof or a flat mounting surface. A 45cm cable connects the bar to the vehicle electrical system for hardwired installation through a cab switch.

Flash patterns are selected through the pattern wire: a short contact steps to the next pattern and a longer contact steps back. Multiple bars can be synchronised by setting the same pattern and joining the pattern wires, keeping flash output matched across two or more bars on the same vehicle.

Light output comes from 30 x 1 watt LEDs behind a clear polycarbonate lens, producing 360-degree omnidirectional amber output. There are 18 selectable flash patterns, from rotating and single/double/quad flash modes through to hyper-flash and steady burn. The supplied product data identifies pattern 9 (Quad, all LEDs) as the SAE J845 Class 1 compliant pattern and patterns 12 to 15 (the 2Hz modes) as the ECE R65 patterns.

Multivolt 10-30V DC operation suits both 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems. Current draw is 1.63A at 13.8V DC and 0.56A at 28V DC.

The ABS base and polycarbonate lens carry an IP67 ingress protection rating with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C, suiting exposed roof positions subject to dust, weather and vibration.

The supplied product data lists ECE R65 and ECE R10 approval and SAE J845 Class 1 compliance. These certifications relate to light output performance and electromagnetic compatibility as per the supplied product data.

Manufacturer Warranty - 5 Years
This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty of 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with the manufacturer's standard warranty terms.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering or UV degradation, accidental or impact damage, incorrect or unauthorised installation, unauthorised modification, or use outside the product's stated operating conditions. Installation should be carried out by a qualified auto electrician; damage caused by DIY wiring is not covered.
