744mm 72W Amber LED Warning Lightbar

The LED Autolamps LB744ACM amber warning lightbar provides 360-degree amber hazard warning from the vehicle roof during roadside work, traffic control operations and mobile works activities. At 744mm long it is a full-size roof bar suited to utes, trucks and fleet vehicles working in traffic control, civil, utility and council environments.

The bar is supplied with a four-point mounting bracket kit, using M8 bolts and coach bolts with mounting pads, washers and nuts, for fixed installation direct to the vehicle roof. The bracket is optional: the bar can also be mounted directly to roof bars, which is how UAGS generally fits it during vehicle fit-outs. A 50cm three-core cable connects the bar to the vehicle electrical system, and the low 45mm profile keeps installed height down on vehicles that work under height limits or carry other roof equipment.

Light output comes from 72 x 1 watt LEDs with TIR optics behind a clear polycarbonate lens, producing amber output rated at 5750 lumen raw and 4320 lumen effective as supplied. Output is 360-degree omnidirectional, and 19 selectable flash patterns allow the bar to be configured to suit different operating conditions and vehicle setups. Two or more bars can be synchronised on patterns 1 to 12 via the pattern-select wire, keeping flash output matched across bars on the same vehicle.

Multivolt 10-30V DC operation supports installation on both 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems. Current draw is 4.5A at 13.8V DC and 2.3A at 28V DC.

The ABS base and aluminium thermal management carry an IP65 ingress protection rating with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C, suiting exposed roof positions subject to dust, weather and vibration.

The supplied product data lists ECE R65 and ECE R10 approval and SAE J845 Class 1 compliance, with flash patterns 1 and 4 identified as the ECE R65 and SAE J845 Class 1 compliant patterns. These certifications relate to light output performance and electromagnetic compatibility as per the supplied product data.

Vehicle warning systems support visibility but do not replace a traffic management plan or traffic guidance scheme.

Manufacturer Warranty - 5 Years
This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty of 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with the manufacturer's standard warranty terms.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering or UV degradation, accidental or impact damage, incorrect or unauthorised installation, unauthorised modification, or use outside the product's stated operating conditions. Installation should be carried out by a qualified auto electrician; damage caused by DIY wiring is not covered.
