Under Tray Battery Tray – Heavy Duty Adjustable is an auxiliary battery mounting tray used to secure a second battery under a ute tray, on a chassis rail or in another suitable under-body vehicle mounting location. It is designed for vehicle auxiliary power systems where battery size, battery weight, mounting orientation and vehicle fitment location are confirmed before installation.

This tray is used as part of a suitable dual battery or auxiliary power setup for work utes, traffic control vehicles, service vehicles, fleet vehicles and touring setups. It provides a dedicated mounting point for an auxiliary battery without placing the battery in the engine bay, helping free up under-bonnet space on late model vehicles.

The tray is laser cut from 3mm steel and finished with a zinc coating for corrosion resistance. The internal width is adjustable across three positions, 174mm, 184mm and 193mm, allowing selected auxiliary batteries to be fitted within the supplied housing dimensions.

A foam pad and heavy duty mounting brackets are included. The foam pad helps support the battery inside the housing, while the brackets allow the tray to be mounted to a suitable vehicle structure or fabricated mounting point, subject to installer assessment.

Battery suitability must be checked against the battery manufacturer’s requirements, including physical dimensions, weight, mounting orientation and environmental limitations. The typical 85–120Ah capacity range is a guide only and must not replace measurement or installer assessment.

This product is a mounting tray only. It does not include a battery, DC-DC charger, isolator, wiring, fuse protection or other electrical system components.

UAGS Fabricated Steel Warranty - 2-Year Limited Coverage
This product is designed and fabricated by UAG Services Pty Ltd and is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, overloading beyond the tray's rated battery capacity range, corrosion from a damaged coating, impact damage, or use outside the product's intended application. Installation should be assessed by a suitably competent person to confirm mounting strength and battery fitment.

Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to these rights and does not limit or exclude them.
