Rough Surface TM3-7A

Rough Surface TM3-7A (600x600mm) corflute sign panel displays a ROUGH SURFACE warning message on a yellow retroreflective background. It is used in temporary traffic management setups where road users need to be warned of a rough, uneven, altered or temporary road surface condition ahead.

The signface layout, legend and colours follow the applicable AS 1743:2023 signface design for the TM3-7A code. This standard-listed TM Series road surface condition warning panel is supplied as a modular corflute panel for use with compatible temporary roadwork sign frame systems.

UAGS temporary traffic sign corflute panels are manufactured from 6mm UV stabilised corflute using Class 400T retroreflective yellow sheeting with opaque black printing. The black uppercase ROUGH SURFACE legend, black border and yellow retroreflective background support clear road surface warning messaging where this panel is specified.

This 600x600mm corflute sign panel is designed for use with compatible Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 1 arrangements where the frame configuration accepts 600x600mm corflute panels and the overall sign arrangement is suitable. It may also be used with other suitable temporary roadwork sign frame systems that accept 600x600mm corflute panels.

In practical use, this panel may be used for roadworks, profiling, asphalt milling, resurfacing works, pavement repairs, excavation reinstatement, utility trenching, temporary gravel sections, unsealed bypasses, road deviations, pothole repairs, bridge approaches and changed traffic conditions where a rough surface warning message is specified as part of the site arrangement.

Where specified for the site arrangement, related panels may include Road Work Ahead, Changed Traffic Conditions, Loose Stones, Prepare To Stop, Traffic Controller Ahead, Reduce Speed, Detour, Road Closed Ahead or suitable supplementary context panels.

This panel provides road surface condition warning or advance information only. It does not guarantee the presence, severity, length or exact nature of the rough surface condition, prevent skidding, prevent vehicle damage, create a lawful traffic control arrangement, speed reduction, hazard control arrangement, site compliance, TMP validity, TGS validity or approved traffic management arrangement by itself. Selection, placement, panel pairing, visibility, frame arrangement and use remain subject to the applicable TMP, TGS, road surface hazard arrangement, traffic control arrangement, site arrangement, project requirements, site conditions and relevant authority requirements.

Corflute Sign Warranty - 1-Year Limited Coverage
This product includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to signs that are unused, unmodified and stored under normal conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, weathering, UV degradation, fading, accidental damage, transport or handling damage after delivery, or incorrect or improper installation.

Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to these rights and does not limit or exclude them.
