Footpath Closed TM8-4C

Footpath Closed TM8-4C (1200x600mm) corflute sign panel displays a FOOTPATH CLOSED message on a white retroreflective background. It is used in temporary traffic management setups where pedestrians need to be advised that a footpath is closed as part of a temporary pedestrian access or footpath closure arrangement.

The signface layout, legend and colours follow the applicable AS 1743:2023 signface design for the TM8-4C code. This standard-listed TM Series pedestrian / footpath closure sign panel is supplied as a modular corflute panel for use with compatible temporary roadwork sign frame systems.

UAGS temporary traffic sign corflute panels are manufactured from 6mm UV stabilised corflute using Class 400T retroreflective white sheeting with opaque black printing. The black uppercase FOOTPATH CLOSED legend, black border and white retroreflective background support clear footpath closure messaging where this panel is specified.

This 1200x600mm corflute sign panel is compatible with suitable temporary roadwork sign frame systems that accept 1200x600mm corflute panels. It may be used in compatible Multi-Message Sign Frame arrangements only where the frame configuration accepts 1200x600mm corflute panels and the overall sign arrangement is suitable.

A related Footpath Closed TM8-4A (600x600mm) Corflute Sign Panel is also available for compatible 600x600mm sign frame arrangements. The smaller 600x600mm panel is a related size option, not a direct replacement for this 1200x600mm TM8-4C panel, and should only be used where the frame layout, panel size and site arrangement are suitable.

A related Footpath Closed TM8-V4 (1200x600mm) Corflute Sign Panel may also be available as a VicRoads legacy / state-reference version where that identification is required.

In practical use, this panel may be used for footpath closures, pedestrian access changes, footpath works, utility works, civil works, roadworks, building works, construction areas, maintenance works, event traffic management, temporary pedestrian detours and access restriction arrangements where a FOOTPATH CLOSED message is specified as part of the site arrangement.

Where specified for the site arrangement, related panels may include Footpath Closed Ahead, Pedestrians symbolic panels, pedestrian detour panels, pedestrian directional panels, Road Work Ahead, Changed Traffic Conditions or suitable supplementary context panels.

It does not create, authorise or legally enforce a footpath closure, pedestrian detour, access restriction, site compliance, TMP validity, TGS validity or approved traffic management arrangement by itself. Selection, placement, panel pairing, visibility, frame arrangement and use remain subject to the applicable TMP, TGS, pedestrian management arrangement, footpath closure arrangement, site arrangement, project requirements, site conditions and relevant authority requirements.

This product includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to signs that are unused, unmodified and stored under normal conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, weathering, UV degradation, fading, accidental damage, transport or handling damage after delivery, or incorrect or improper installation.

Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
