Event Ahead TM9-1A

Event Ahead TM9-1A (600x600mm) corflute sign panel displays an EVENT AHEAD advance warning message on a yellow retroreflective background. It is used in event traffic management setups to give road users advance warning that a community, sporting or public event is affecting the road ahead.

The signface layout, legend and colours follow the applicable AS 1743:2023 signface design for the TM9-1A code. This standard-listed TM Series event advance warning panel is supplied as a modular corflute panel for use with compatible temporary roadwork sign frame systems. It sits alongside the Event In Progress TM9-3A and End Event TM9-2A panels in the event sign family, providing the advance warning position in a typical event signing sequence.

This panel is manufactured on 6mm UV stabilised corflute using Class 400T retroreflective yellow sheeting with opaque black printing. The black uppercase EVENT AHEAD legend, black border and yellow retroreflective background support clear event advance warning where this panel is specified.

This 600x600mm corflute sign panel is designed for use with compatible Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 1 arrangements where the frame configuration accepts 600x600mm corflute panels and the overall sign arrangement is suitable. It may also be used with other suitable temporary roadwork sign frame systems that accept 600x600mm corflute panels.

In practical use, this panel may be used for fun runs, cycling events, street festivals, markets, parades, sporting fixtures, community events and other special events where road closures, changed traffic conditions, parking restrictions or increased pedestrian activity are expected on the approach. Where an event is on a side road, an On Side Road arrow panel or a Horizontal Arrow (TM5-8B) panel, commonly called a long directional arrow, may be displayed with the event advance warning panel to indicate the direction of the side road where specified.

Where specified for the site arrangement, related panels may include Event In Progress, End Event, Road Closed Ahead, Detour Ahead, Changed Traffic Conditions, Reduce Speed, speed limit panels or suitable supplementary context panels.

This panel provides event advance warning information only. It does not create, authorise or legally enforce a road closure, speed reduction, parking restriction, detour or traffic control arrangement by itself. Selection, placement, panel pairing, frame arrangement and use remain subject to the applicable TMP, TGS, event traffic management plan, site conditions and relevant authority requirements.

Corflute Sign Warranty - 1-Year Limited Coverage
This product includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to signs that are unused, unmodified and stored under normal conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, weathering, UV degradation, fading, accidental damage, transport or handling damage after delivery, or incorrect or improper installation.

Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to these rights and does not limit or exclude them.
