Bollard Chevron (SYM)

Vertical Chevron Bollard Sleeve (300x1200mm) corflute panel is a temporary traffic control chevron delineator designed to slide over a compatible T-top bollard stem. It turns a standard orange T-top plastic bollard into a taller vertical chevron marker for use in temporary traffic management setups, lane shifts, tapers, lateral shifts, worksite edges and delineated travel paths.

This 300x1200mm 3-chevron bollard sleeve is supplied as a derived temporary vertical chevron marker product. It is related to the national T5-7 temporary vertical chevron marker style, but no verified national code has been supplied for this exact 3-chevron corflute sleeve format. The TfNSW T5-7 and South Australia DIT T4-SA101 references are similar or related reference points only and must not be treated as codes, approval claims or mandatory use requirements for this exact UAGS product.

UAGS temporary traffic control chevron sleeves are manufactured from 6mm UV stabilised corflute using Class 400T retroreflective yellow sheeting with opaque black printing. The yellow reflective face and three black chevrons provide strong visual definition through temporary lane shifts, tapers and delineated worksite paths where a bollard-mounted chevron marker is specified or accepted by the site arrangement.

Rather than requiring a dedicated heavy rubber base for the panel itself, this chevron sleeve is engineered with pre-cut holes near the top and bottom. It is designed to slip directly over compatible standard T-top plastic bollards, using the existing suitable bollard stem and base setup to create a prominent vertical chevron marker.

The chevron sleeve can be flipped or rotated so the chevrons point left or right, depending on the required travel path guidance, taper direction or site layout. Compatibility depends on the bollard stem dimensions, top shape, hole spacing and selected site setup, so fitment should be checked against the bollard being used before ordering or deployment.

In deployment-context terms, a vertical chevron marker can help define a temporary travel path through a lane shift, lateral shift, taper, worksite edge or changed traffic alignment. This product provides visual delineation only and does not replace required signs, barriers, bollards, cones, traffic control devices, approved layouts or physical controls where those are required.

This product includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to signs that are unused, unmodified and stored under normal conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, weathering, UV degradation, fading, accidental damage, transport or handling damage after delivery, or incorrect or improper installation.

Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
