145mm Offset Beacon Mounting Bracket

145mm Offset Beacon Mounting Bracket (BMB-OS-145) is a folded aluminium bracket that holds a warning beacon out from a vertical face, clear of the structure behind it. It is the smaller version of the 175mm offset bracket and does the same job where the mounting point, or the beacon itself, is too tight for the larger plate.

The plate measures 145mm wide by 150mm long, with a 30mm flange folded down the rear edge. Four 8mm holes through the flange bolt the bracket to the mounting point, with hole centres 20mm and 40mm in from each side and centred 15mm up the flange. That suits headboards, roof rack crossbars, canopies, rack uprights, arrow board frames and equipment frames. Fasteners are not supplied and should be chosen to suit the mounting surface.

The beacon fixes to the top face. Five 6mm holes give two mounting patterns, at 60mm and 70mm from the centre of the plate, so the bracket takes two beacon base sizes without drilling. A 12mm hole through the centre passes the beacon cable down and out of the way.

Made from 3mm aluminium, powdercoated black, and weighs approximately 185g. Sold individually. The beacon, cable and fasteners are supplied separately.

This warranty does not cover wear and tear, rubbing, scuffing or wearing of the powder coat finish from normal handling, transport or storage, nor does it cover damage from misuse, impact, unauthorised modification or incorrect use.
