B Class LED Arrow Board Single Sided

The B Class LED Arrow Board Single Sided is a vehicle-mounted B Class LED traffic control arrow board used for rear-facing directional guidance and hazard warning on traffic control vehicles, civil fleet vehicles, utility vehicles, contractor vehicles and temporary traffic management vehicle fitouts. It is used where traffic approaching from behind the vehicle needs clear directional or caution information during roadworks, lane closures, mobile works, roadside works, utility works and civil works.

This arrow board conforms to AS 4192-2006 and is NSW RTA / RMS FAS/5 Type Approved, with testing completed by a NATA-accredited laboratory as part of the FAS/5 approval process. Standards compliance and Type Approval do not make a vehicle, worksite, traffic management plan, traffic guidance scheme or traffic setup compliant on their own. Product selection, installation and use should be confirmed against the supplied product documentation, current standards, project requirements, applicable traffic management documentation and road authority conditions.

The arrow board may be fitted to a suitable cabin rack, traffic control cage, tray headboard, tray-mounted frame, rear tray structure or other compatible vehicle mounting structure. Final mounting must be confirmed against the vehicle setup, mounting structure, project requirements and applicable traffic management documentation. Installation must be completed by a qualified auto electrician.

The single-sided board has a 1500mm x 770mm display area, a 1545mm x 770mm mounting footprint and 15 LED clusters with luminous intensity greater than 700 cd. Display modes include Arrow Left, Arrow Right, Double Arrow and Hazard, with Hazard mode used as the non-directional warning / flashing corner mode. The flash rate is 35–45 cycles per minute.

The in-cabin touch controller has illuminated buttons and a swivel mounting bracket. Controller buttons include On/Off, Work Light, Beacon, Raise, Lower, Arrow Left, Arrow Right, Double Arrow and Hazard. The controller uses illuminated button feedback, with green for standby / ready and red for active functions. The electric actuator allows the board to be raised and lowered from inside the cabin.

The arrow board is supplied standard with a 12V DC actuator, with a 24V DC actuator available on request for suitable 24V vehicle systems. Confirm the required vehicle voltage before ordering. The integrated light sensor supports automatic dimming for day and night operation. The system includes short-circuit protection, solid-state circuitry, low-voltage monitoring, reverse polarity protection, over-voltage protection and fail-safe behaviour that defaults to Hazard mode during communication loss or low-voltage fault.

The enclosure is IP54 rated and uses a weather-resistant vented design to assist with internal air movement and condensation management. The product is assembled in Australia using locally manufactured structural components with imported electrical systems and actuator hardware, supporting practical servicing and integration into UAGS traffic control vehicle fitouts.

UAG Services Pty Ltd warrants the Single-Sided B Class LED Arrow Board according to the warranty terms supplied for this product.

LED lamps / LED clusters are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase. Electronics and hardware are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Covered components include the controller, arrow board electronics, internal modules, actuator, mounting hardware and enclosure.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and the original product serial or date stamp.

This warranty excludes collision damage, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised wiring changes, water ingress caused by unsealed wiring, non-genuine parts, fuses / consumables unless failure results from a product defect, poor maintenance and repairs by unqualified personnel.

Warranty claims will be assessed by UAG Services Pty Ltd and, where accepted, the defective component will be repaired, replaced or returned in accordance with the warranty terms.
