900mm Traffic Cone | Heavy Duty Series | Class 1 Reflective is the tallest cone in the UAGS Heavy Duty Series, supplied in packs of 4 for roadworks, lane closures, tapers and temporary traffic management setups where a 900mm cone is specified.

Crews run these cones out to form tapers, lane shifts and work area separation, then collect them at pack-down. The hand grip section at the top gives a solid hold when placing cones from the back of a moving setup vehicle or walking a run by hand.

Each cone stands 905mm tall on a 365mm interlocked base and weighs 4.5kg, giving it the presence and stability expected of a full-height cone in road environments. The 250mm 3M Class 1 reflective collar keeps the cone visible to approaching traffic in low light and at night.

The body is fluorescent orange PVC over a black PVC interlocked base. The construction handles repeated deployment, truck loading and the daily knocks of traffic control work, and the cones stack for transport and depot storage.

This cone is suitable for temporary traffic management setups requiring a 900mm traffic cone with Class 1 reflective material in accordance with AS 1742.3 requirements. It sits alongside the 700mm Heavy Duty Traffic Cone and 450mm Heavy Duty Traffic Cone in the same series. Final selection and placement should follow the relevant traffic management plan, site requirements and road authority guidance.

This product is imported and supplied by UAG Services Pty Ltd and is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Traffic control equipment must be used, stored and maintained correctly. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering or UV degradation, impact damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or exposure beyond the product's intended operating conditions.
