50 Speed Limit Ahead GM9-79D(50) (600x900mm) corflute sign panel displays a black 50 km/h speed symbol with an AHEAD legend on a white retroreflective background. It is used in temporary traffic management setups to provide advance warning of an upcoming temporary 50 km/h speed zone where this panel is specified.

The signface layout, legend, numerals, annulus and colours follow the applicable AS 1743:2023 signface design for the GM9-79D(50) code. This standard-listed GM Series speed zone advance warning sign panel is supplied as a modular 600x900mm corflute panel for use in compatible Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 2 arrangements.

UAGS temporary traffic sign corflute panels are manufactured from 6mm UV stabilised corflute using Class 400T retroreflective white sheeting with opaque black printing. The black 50 km/h numerals, annulus, AHEAD legend, black border and white retroreflective background support temporary speed zone advance warning messaging where this panel is specified.

This 600x900mm corflute sign panel is for Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 2 arrangements only. It does not fit Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 1. Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 2 holds two 600x900mm panels, with the other panel typically being a 600x900mm Road Work Ahead panel where specified for the traffic control arrangement.

In practical use, this panel may be used for temporary speed zone advance warning, roadworks, civil works, maintenance works, utility works, traffic switches, changed road conditions, temporary lane arrangements and other temporary traffic management layouts where advance warning of a temporary 50 km/h speed zone is required.

This panel provides temporary speed zone advance warning information only. It does not create, authorise or legally enforce a temporary speed zone or speed limit by itself. Selection, placement, advance warning distance, frame arrangement, display timing and use remain subject to the applicable temporary speed zone arrangement, traffic control arrangement, site conditions, project requirements and relevant authority requirements.

This product includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to signs that are unused, unmodified and stored under normal conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, weathering, UV degradation, fading, accidental damage, transport or handling damage after delivery, or incorrect or improper installation.

Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
