Manufacturer Warranty - 3 Years
This Projecta voltage reducer is covered by the manufacturer's warranty of 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with Projecta's standard warranty terms.

Vehicle electrical components must be installed correctly as part of a suitable electrical system. This warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation or wiring, connecting loads above the 5A rated output, input voltage outside the stated range, modification, or use outside the product's stated operating conditions. Installation should be carried out by an installer experienced in vehicle electrical work.

UAG Services Pty Ltd will refer the claim to the manufacturer or authorised representative where required. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to these rights and does not limit or exclude them.
