UAGS Vehicle Safety Product Warranty - 1-Year Limited Coverage
This sticker pack includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and manufacture, such as print or vinyl faults present at delivery.

This warranty does not cover stickers that have been applied and then removed or repositioned, poor adhesion caused by applying to a dirty, wet, textured or freshly painted surface, damage from pressure washing, solvents or abrasive cleaning, physical damage, or normal fading and wear from outdoor exposure over time.

To make a warranty claim, contact UAG Services Pty Ltd (Gate 2, 7 Royan Place, Bayswater North VIC 3153) at sales@uags.com.au or (03) 8750 0926 with your order reference, a description of the issue and photos of the product. Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will replace or refund the product at its discretion. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to these rights and does not limit or exclude them.
