Heavy Duty Series 700mm traffic cone sold individually, with fluorescent orange PVC body, 250mm 3M Class 1 reflective collar and stackable design.

Description

700mm Traffic Cone | Heavy Duty Series | Class 1 Reflective is the standard cone in the UAGS Heavy Duty Series, sold individually for road works, lane closures, work area marking, civil and council works, and temporary traffic management setups.

Crews run these cones out to form tapers, line work areas and guide pedestrians past the site, then collect them at pack-down. The 85mm ribbed hand grip at the top gives a solid hold when placing or collecting cones in a run.

Each cone stands 710mm tall on a 350mm interlocked base and weighs 3.2kg, which supports stability in normal site use. The 250mm 3M Class 1 reflective collar keeps the cone visible to approaching traffic in low light and at night.

The body is fluorescent orange PVC over a black PVC interlocked base, built for repeated deployment, vehicle loading and the daily knocks of traffic control work. The cones stack for transport and depot storage.

This cone is suitable for temporary traffic management setups requiring a 700mm traffic cone with Class 1 reflective material in accordance with AS 1742.3 requirements. It sits in the middle of the Heavy Duty Series alongside the compact 450mm Heavy Duty Traffic Cone and the full-height 900mm Heavy Duty Traffic Cone, so fleets can run one consistent cone family across different job types. Final selection and placement should follow the relevant traffic management plan, site requirements and road authority guidance.

Sold individually. The listed price is for one cone, so add the number you need to your cart. Cones nest together for transport, so for larger quantities contact us for a freight quote before ordering and we will price the stack as one consignment.
