Projecta IDC25X 25A Dual Battery Charger

The Projecta IDC25X is a 25A DC-DC dual battery charger with simultaneous alternator and solar charging inputs, used to charge and maintain an auxiliary battery independently of the vehicle's starting battery. It suits 4WDs, camper trailers, service vehicles and traffic control vehicle fitouts where a second battery powers equipment such as beacons, arrow boards, radios and work lights.

The charger uses multi-stage charging and temperature compensation to maintain consistent output across a range of conditions, and is compatible with modern variable-voltage (smart) alternators. It supports AGM, gel, wet, calcium and lithium (LiFePO4) battery chemistries.

Sealed to IP68 and IP69K, the IDC25X is rated for under-bonnet installation in dusty and wet operating conditions, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to 85°C.

Installation should be carried out by a suitably competent person or auto electrician, wired through appropriate circuit protection and cabling for the system. Suits use alongside a suitable auxiliary battery tray, 8 B&S battery cable and MIDI fuse circuit protection.

Manufacturer Warranty - 2 Years
This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty of 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with Projecta's standard warranty terms.

Vehicle electrical components must be installed correctly as part of a suitable electrical system. This warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, overloading, modification or use outside the product's stated operating conditions. Installation should be carried out by a qualified auto electrician.
