ECCO 7160 Reflex Amber LED Beacon | 3-Bolt Mount

The ECCO 7160A Reflex amber LED beacon is a permanently mounted 360-degree warning beacon for work vehicles and plant. High intensity LEDs work with ECCO's reflector design to produce an SAE J845 Class I warning signal from a housing 165mm in diameter and 99mm high. It suits fleets replacing older rotating or strobe beacons.

There are 23 flash patterns to choose from, covering steady burn, single, double, quad, quint and burst flashes, slow, fast and wave rotate modes, ramp up and down, and random. High and low intensity settings are available, and multiple 7160 beacons can be synchronised on the one vehicle.

The 7160A fixes with a 3-bolt flange, and ECCO also lists it as suiting a 1 inch pipe mount. It is a direct-wired, permanent-mount beacon. The cigarette plug version in the 7160 range is the vacuum magnet model, not this one. For mounting clear of a rack upright or roof bar, it suits the UAGS 175mm Offset Beacon Mounting Bracket.

The beacon runs on 12-24V DC with a listed draw of 2.0A, carries an IP66 rating and is rated for -30°C to +50°C.

ECCO product data lists SAE J845 Class I, ECE R10, CE, CISPR 25 Level 3 and RoHS. These relate to light output and electrical performance as per the supplied product data.

Commonly fitted to traffic control vehicles, civil fleet vehicles, utility vehicles, council maintenance vehicles and plant equipment. Vehicle lighting requirements may vary by vehicle type, registration category, jurisdiction and intended use. Vehicle warning systems support visibility but do not replace a traffic management plan or traffic guidance scheme.

Manufacturer Warranty - 5 Years
This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty of 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with ECCO's standard warranty terms.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental or impact damage, water ingress caused by damaged seals not reported at delivery, incorrect or unauthorised installation, unauthorised modification, or use outside the product's stated voltage and operating conditions. Installation should be carried out by a qualified auto electrician; damage caused by DIY wiring is not covered.
