3W Ultra-Slim Dual Colour LED Warning Light Head | Amber/White

U32-3AW Ultra-Slim Dual Colour LED Warning Light Head signals vehicle presence and hazard warning from a single ultra-slim head that carries both amber and white output in the one housing. Six 1W LEDs, three amber and three white, sit behind a polycarbonate lens in a 73 x 28 x 9mm black aluminium body, giving crews colour flexibility from a single mounting point.

The head fixes with a 3M adhesive pad or two screws through 6mm mounting holes at 62.6mm centres, suiting surface mounting to grilles, headboards, tray sides, rear bodies and light bar frames. Wiring is a hard-wired connection: a positive wire for amber and a separate positive wire for white (each through a recommended 2A fuse), a shared negative, a pattern-select wire, a sync wire and a dimming wire, best terminated by an auto electrician during the fit-out.

In operation the head runs 15 flash patterns covering ECE R65 and SAE single, double and quad flash at 75 and 120 FPM in two phase settings, plus a fast/slow flash and steady burn, stepped through from the pattern-select wire. Output dims for night work from the dimming wire, and multiple U32 heads synchronise together or in alternating phase through the sync wire.

The sealed IP67 aluminium housing handles dust, water, washdowns and vibration across a -30 to +70 degree operating range, suited to exposed mounting positions on vehicles that work outdoors every day.

The light meets SAE J595 Class 1 performance criteria with ECE R10 EMC approval, running on any 10 to 30V DC system so one part covers 12V utes and 24V trucks.

The dual colour output suits corner and perimeter positions where a single head needs to cover both amber warning and white output from one mounting point. The wider UAGS surface mount range includes the U30 6W head in amber or white, the U30 12W amber head and the U31 180-degree 6W head. In the field these heads run on traffic control utes, TMA support vehicles, civil and utility fleets and plant working around live traffic.

This product is imported and branded by UAG Services Pty Ltd, which acts as the manufacturer of this item for warranty purposes. It is covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering or UV degradation, accidental or impact damage, water ingress caused by damaged seals not reported at delivery, incorrect or unauthorised installation, unauthorised modification, or use outside the product's stated voltage and operating conditions. Installation should be carried out by a qualified auto electrician; damage caused by DIY wiring is not covered.
