Speed Limit 90 RM4-1A(90)

Speed Limit 90 RM4-1A(90) (600x600mm) corflute Multi-Message Sign (MMS) panel displays a 90 km/h speed restriction symbol for temporary traffic management setups where a 90 km/h speed restriction is specified by the applicable TMP, TGS, project requirements or relevant authority requirements.

The signface layout, symbol and colours follow the applicable AS 1743:2023 signface design for the RM4-1A(90) code. This RM Series regulatory speed sign panel is supplied as a modular corflute component for use in compatible temporary traffic management frame systems where the panel size and frame configuration are suitable.

UAGS temporary traffic sign corflute panels are manufactured on 6mm UV stabilised corflute using Class 400T retroreflective white sheeting. The white retroreflective background, black numerals and red annulus provide the recognised speed restriction signface format for this panel.

The 600x600mm panel is compatible with Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 1 and 600x600mm Double-Sided Traffic Sign Frame Type 5 where the frame accepts 600x600mm corflute panels.

The Speed Limit 90 panel may be used before, through or after a work area where a 90 km/h speed restriction is specified as part of the temporary speed management arrangement. It may support staged speed management, including intermediate speed sections between higher-speed approaches and lower-speed work areas, or a 90 km/h speed section through a longer traffic management setup where specified.

The panel may also form part of a return-to-speed or route continuation arrangement after a work area, traffic control point, detour or temporary lane restriction where road users are being directed back to a posted 90 km/h speed limit.

Typical use may include resurfacing works, utility repairs, line marking, shoulder works, road closures, detours, short-term lane closures, changed traffic conditions or staged traffic management arrangements where a 90 km/h speed restriction panel is specified.

In a compatible Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 1 arrangement, the Speed Limit 90 panel may be used with related warning, guidance, condition or end-of-zone panels such as Road Work Ahead, Reduce Speed, Speed Limit Ahead, Lane Closed Ahead, Prepare To Stop, Queued Traffic Ahead, End Road Work, End Detour or Drive Safely, and with a suitable 1200x300mm lower panel where specified by the applicable TMP, TGS, site arrangement, project requirements, site conditions and relevant authority requirements. Companion panels are not automatically required or suitable for every setup.

The sign panel itself does not create, establish or legally enforce a 90 km/h speed zone, does not guarantee enforceability and does not return traffic to a posted speed by itself. Temporary speed restriction use depends on the applicable TMP, TGS, project requirements, site conditions, authority requirements and any required approvals or authorisations.

Reflective terminology note: This panel uses current Class 400T reflective sheeting terminology for temporary traffic management sign applications. Older Class 1, Class 1W or Class 1 WZ references may appear in supplier, legacy or authority documents for temporary roadwork signs.

Corflute Sign Warranty - 1-Year Limited Coverage
This product includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to signs that are unused, unmodified and stored under normal conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, weathering, UV degradation, fading, accidental damage, transport or handling damage after delivery, or incorrect or improper installation.

Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
