Bicycle Lane Closed (SYM) TM8-16A (600x600mm) corflute sign panel displays a black bicycle symbol with BICYCLE LANE CLOSED text on a white retroreflective background. It is used in temporary traffic management or pedestrian and cyclist management arrangements where cyclists and road users need to be warned that a bicycle lane is closed or temporarily unavailable.

The signface layout, bicycle symbol, legend and colours follow the applicable AS 1743:2023 signface design for the TM8-16A code. This TM Series bicycle lane closed symbolic warning panel is supplied as a modular corflute panel for use with compatible temporary roadwork sign frame systems.

UAGS temporary traffic sign corflute panels are manufactured from 6mm UV stabilised corflute using Class 400T retroreflective white sheeting with opaque black printing. The black bicycle symbol, black BICYCLE LANE CLOSED legend, black border and white retroreflective background support clear cyclist-related closure messaging where this panel is specified.

This 600x600mm corflute sign panel is compatible with suitable temporary roadwork sign frame systems that accept 600x600mm corflute panels. It may also be used in compatible Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 1 arrangements where the frame configuration accepts 600x600mm corflute panels and the overall pedestrian/cyclist management arrangement is suitable.

In practical use, this panel may be used during utility works, road resurfacing, construction activities, line marking, changed cyclist access, temporary bicycle lane closures, event traffic management and pedestrian and cyclist management arrangements where a bicycle lane is temporarily closed and conditions have changed.

Where specified for the site arrangement, related panels may include Bicycle (SYM) TM8-18A, cyclist direction panels, pedestrian direction panels, Use Other Footpath panels, Footpath Closed panels, Footpath Closed Ahead panels, Detour panels, Detour Ahead panels, Road Work Ahead panels or suitable 1200x300mm direction or context panels.

It does not create a lawful bicycle lane closure, cyclist detour, shared traffic arrangement, site compliance, TMP validity, TGS validity or approved traffic control arrangement by itself. Selection, placement, panel pairing, frame arrangement and use remain subject to the applicable TMP, TGS, pedestrian/cyclist management arrangement, site arrangement, project requirements, site conditions and relevant authority requirements.

This product includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to signs that are unused, unmodified and stored under normal conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, weathering, UV degradation, fading, accidental damage, transport or handling damage after delivery, or incorrect or improper installation.

Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to these rights and does not limit or exclude them.
