6W Ultra-Slim LED Warning Light Head | Amber or White

U30 Ultra-Slim 6W LED Warning Light Head signals vehicle presence and hazard warning on work vehicles, available in amber or white output. Six 1W LEDs behind a TIR lens deliver directional warning from a housing just 7.5mm deep, which is what earns the Ultra-Slim name: it mounts where a standard light head will not fit.

The head surface mounts to grilles, headboards, tray sides, rear bodies and light bar frames, two ways: screw fix through the mounting points, or stick the included 3M adhesive mounting pad to a clean flat surface. The pad makes for a quicker install with no holes drilled in steel bodywork, and the slim profile suits recessed and tight positions such as bull bar channels and body lines. Wiring is a four-wire hard-wired connection: power through a 2A fuse, ground, a pattern-select wire and a dimming wire, best terminated by an auto electrician during the fit-out.

In operation the head runs 50 flash patterns covering ECE and SAE single, double and quad flash at 75, 120 and 150 FPM, plus modulated and steady burn modes, stepped through from the pattern-select wire. Output dims for night work from the dimming wire, and up to six U30 heads synchronise so a vehicle's corner and perimeter lights flash in unison.

The sealed IP67 housing handles dust, water, washdowns and vibration across a -20 to +65 degree operating range, suited to exposed mounting positions on vehicles that work outdoors every day.

The light is certified to ECE R65 Class 1 with ECE R10 EMC approval and SAE Class 1 performance, running on any 10 to 30V DC system so one part covers 12V utes and 24V trucks.

Choose this 6W head for corner, perimeter and grille positions, and step up to the longer U30 12W amber head where more output is wanted from the same slim profile. The wider UAGS surface mount range includes the U31 180-degree 6W head and U32 dual colour head. In the field these heads run on traffic control utes, TMA support vehicles, civil and utility fleets and plant working around live traffic.

This product is imported and branded by UAG Services Pty Ltd, which acts as the manufacturer of this item for warranty purposes. It is covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering or UV degradation, accidental or impact damage, water ingress caused by damaged seals not reported at delivery, incorrect or unauthorised installation, unauthorised modification, or use outside the product's stated voltage and operating conditions. Installation should be carried out by a qualified auto electrician; damage caused by DIY wiring is not covered.
