Merge Right TM2-40B

Merge Right TM2-40B (1200x300mm) corflute sign panel displays a MERGE RIGHT message on a yellow retroreflective background. It is used in temporary traffic management setups where a merge-right lane-status message is specified as part of a broader lane-status, merge taper or roadwork traffic control arrangement.

The signface layout, legend and colours follow the applicable AS 1743:2023 signface design for the TM2-40B code. This standard-listed TM Series lane-status / merge taper sign panel is supplied as a modular corflute panel for use with compatible temporary roadwork sign frame systems.

UAGS temporary traffic sign corflute panels are manufactured from 6mm UV stabilised corflute using Class 400T retroreflective yellow sheeting with opaque black printing. The black uppercase MERGE RIGHT legend and yellow retroreflective background support merge-right lane-status messaging where this panel is specified.

This 1200x300mm corflute sign panel is compatible with Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 1 lower-panel arrangements where the frame accepts a 1200x300mm corflute panel and the overall sign arrangement is suitable. It may also be used with other suitable temporary roadwork sign frame systems that accept 1200x300mm corflute panels, subject to the required frame setup and site arrangement.

In practical use, this panel may be used for merge tapers, lane-status arrangements, lane closure approaches, roadworks, civil works, utility works, resurfacing works, bridge works, shoulder closures, staged construction areas and other temporary traffic management layouts where a MERGE RIGHT message is specified.

Where specified for the traffic control arrangement, this panel is normally used as part of a compatible multi-message lane-status sign arrangement. Related panels may include lane-status panels, Lane Closed, Road Work Ahead, Changed Traffic Conditions, Merge, detour panels, directional panels or other suitable supplementary context panels.

This panel provides merge-right lane-status information only. It does not create, authorise or legally enforce a lane closure, merge requirement, merge taper, traffic diversion or traffic control arrangement by itself. Selection, panel combination, sign sequencing, placement, frame arrangement, display timing and use remain subject to the applicable TMP, TGS, traffic control arrangement, site conditions, project requirements and relevant authority requirements.

Corflute Sign Warranty - 1-Year Limited Coverage
This product includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to signs that are unused, unmodified and stored under normal conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, weathering, UV degradation, fading, accidental damage, transport or handling damage after delivery, or incorrect or improper installation.

Claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a defect is confirmed, UAG Services Pty Ltd will repair, replace or refund the product at its discretion. Return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the UAGS Returns Policy unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to these rights and does not limit or exclude them.
