Lane Shifts Left (SYM) TM10-15A

Lane Shifts Left (SYM) TM10-15A (600x600mm) corflute sign panel displays a black lane shift arrow symbol, an offset arrow that jogs to the left and continues straight ahead, on a yellow retroreflective background. It is a Lane Status panel used in temporary traffic management setups to show road users that the lane ahead moves across to the left and then continues, such as a lane shift or offset around a work area.

The signface layout, symbol and colours follow the applicable AS 1743:2023 signface design for the TM10-15A code. This standard-listed TM10 Series lane status panel is supplied as a modular corflute panel for use with compatible temporary roadwork sign frame systems. The mirror-image Lane Shifts Right (SYM) TM10-16A panel covers the opposite direction.

UAGS temporary traffic sign corflute panels are manufactured on 6mm UV stabilised corflute using Class 400T retroreflective yellow sheeting with opaque black printing. The black lane shift arrow, black border and yellow retroreflective background support clear lane status guidance where this panel is specified.

Lane Status signs are built from panels like this one. Under AS 1742.3 each arrow or T symbol represents a single lane, the number of arrow and T shafts across the sign must equal the number of lanes at the sign position, and panels may be combined in a multi-message frame to show more lanes, with a 600x600mm panel showing no more than two lanes. In a typical two-lane arrangement this panel sits beside a Lane Closed Ahead (T SYM) TM10-2A panel in Multi-Message Sign Frame No. 1, with an advance warning panel such as Roadwork Ahead TM1-1B below. It may also be used with other suitable temporary roadwork sign frame systems that accept 600x600mm corflute panels.

In practical use, this panel may be used for lane shifts, traffic path offsets around work areas, temporary sidetracks, contraflow transitions, bridge works and resurfacing works where the lane deviates to the left and returns. AS 1742.3 requires Lane Status signs to be placed on both sides of a multilane road except where impractical, so two matching sets are usually needed.

The lane shift arrow is a lane status marker, not a detour sign. Where traffic is being diverted off the normal roadway via other roads, Detour TM5-7A and directional detour panels carry the DETOUR legend for that purpose.

This panel provides lane status information only. It does not create, authorise or legally enforce a lane closure, lane shift, speed reduction or traffic control arrangement by itself, and it does not replace required delineation, cones, bollards or barriers. Selection, placement, panel pairing, frame arrangement and use remain subject to the applicable TMP, TGS, project requirements, site conditions and relevant authority requirements.

This product includes a 1-year limited warranty from UAG Services Pty Ltd covering defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to signs that are unused, unmodified and stored under normal conditions. It does not cover wear and tear, weathering, UV degradation, fading, accidental damage, transport or handling damage after delivery, or incorrect or improper installation.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
