UAG Services Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with UAG Services! We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Please contact us at sales@uags.com.au within this period to address any issues or initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must not be damaged, altered, dropped, or broken after delivery.

  • All products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds do not apply to items that fail to meet these conditions.

When to Return Items
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Where to Return Items
All returns should be sent to or dropped off at our Head Office in Victoria.

How to Return Items

  1. Include a copy of your purchase invoice or receipt with your return.

  2. For mailed returns, we strongly recommend using Registered Post with prepaid shipping and optional insurance.

    • You are responsible for all postage and insurance costs.

    • UAG Services is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit if you choose not to insure your shipment.

  3. Alternatively, you may bring your item directly to our Head Office in Victoria for assessment.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item and notify you via email that it has been received.

  • After inspection, we’ll inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card).

  • The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

In-Store Return Option
You may return your item in person to our Head Office in Victoria for assessment.

Packaging Requirements
All returns must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure the item remains in its original condition.
