Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at UAG Services.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you purchase the goods. Please email us at sales@uags.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. UAG Services will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Head Office in Victoria.

HOW do customers return items?
Copy of your purchase Invoice/Receipt is required.

SHIPPING for returns?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CREDIT for returns?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Instore return option?
You can bring your item directly into our head office in Victoria for assessment.

Packing materials?
All items must be returned in orginal packaging.
