It provides a dedicated mounting point for an auxiliary battery without placing the battery in the engine bay, helping free up under-bonnet space on late model vehicles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe tray is laser cut from 3mm steel and finished with a zinc coating for corrosion resistance. The internal width is adjustable across three positions, 174mm, 184mm and 193mm, allowing selected auxiliary batteries to be fitted within the supplied housing dimensions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eA foam pad and heavy duty mounting brackets are included. The foam pad helps support the battery inside the housing, while the brackets allow the tray to be mounted to a suitable vehicle structure or fabricated mounting point, subject to installer assessment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBattery suitability must be checked against the battery manufacturer’s requirements, including physical dimensions, weight, mounting orientation and environmental limitations.
