Fitment is carried out at the UAGS workshop in Bayswater North, Victoria, or the cage can be shipped Australia-wide for installation. Sign panels and multi-message frames slide into bent zinc-plated steel sheet sections, an extended leg section holds the frame legs, and a chain secures cones during transport.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eDuring site setup and pack-down, crews work directly from the cage. Frames, panels and legs sit in dedicated sections, so equipment comes off the vehicle and goes back on in a repeatable order rather than being loaded loose on the tray. A dedicated stop\/slow bat compartment keeps hand signalling equipment separate from the sign stock.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe cage is fabricated from 25mm SHS DuraGal steel with cold galvanising paint applied over welded areas.
