If current rises above the fuse capacity, the fuse element opens and interrupts the circuit. Once the fault is located and corrected, the blown fuse is removed and a new matching fuse is installed to return the circuit to service.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe fuse uses copper tin plated construction for electrical conductivity and connection stability within vehicle electrical systems.
